Tethering the 5D in LR4

I am not able to use the tethering with my Canon 5D Mk3, the camera reads busy and I am not able to use any functions on the camera s wel, changing modes, speed, ISO etc.Ihave the newest version of the Canon solution installed and it works there, but not in LR4
