Suddenly can't print 4x6 prints in LR 3.6 or 3.5

This is an unbelievably frustrating problem. Here are my system specs:

Mac 10.6.8

LR 3.6 and 3.5

Epson Artisan 810

I can't pinpoint exactly when this problem started, but all of a sudden, I can't print 4x6 prints at all, borderless or otherwise. I've looked at previous discussions of this topic and taken the following steps:

• made sure the page setup is correct
• ensured the image is cropped to 2x3/4x6 in develop
• renamed my preferences file
• repaired permissions
• downgraded from LR 3.6 to 3.5

Nothing is working.

Every time I try to print a 4x6 image, LR squishes the image down to 3.5 x 4.

When I try to use the Lightroom Template, it simply flops the image into a vertical, and still clips it off at 4x3.5.

HELP!
